Aspire Learning comprises a team of highly motivated professionals with a breadth of experience across further education and adult learning. The team has a strong record of achievement in project management and creating tailored solutions to support the organisational needs around employer engagement.

The Aspire Team is experienced in developing and implementing solutions in many areas related to the provision of learning and development in both the public and private sectors and most recently has worked closely with 8 colleges in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight supporting them on their journey towards Action for Business Status. To date 6 have successfully achieved the Action for Business Status and 2 are still in the accreditation process. Aspire are now working with Work-based Learning Providers helping them to identify the benefits gained from working towards the standard.
