Some recent evaluation projects Aspire:

Evaluation of the 16 CoVEs in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
Aspire Learning conducted an evaluation of each of the 16 CoVEs (the CoVE Lead and each partner) in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This involved a series of interviews with CoVE staff and CoVE stakeholders; an analysis of CoVE performance both from the CoVE end of year assessments, their development plans and their learner ILR data; and a postal and telephone survey of employers who had used CoVE services.

Each CoVE and their partners received an individual evaluation report for that CoVE that detailed the findings and highlighted key strengths and areas for development.

Finally, the information gathered was used to provide an evaluation report for the entire CoVE network in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight highlighting performance good practice and areas for development.

Evaluation of Co-financing

Aspire supported the impact evaluation of the first and second round of co-financed projects in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, through the development of an evaluation toolkit, working with projects to implement the evaluation measures and compiling an over-arching report from the 43 projects and their findings.
