Training in Colour takes on a different meaning for a group of hairdressers!  Aspire delivered a team building session  using the Insights Colourful Model of Behaviour.  In the session delegates learnt about their behaviour preferences and had the opportunity to learn how to adapt and connect to individuals whose ‘colour preferences were different to theirs.  Feedback was brilliant and one delegate said ‘I really enjoyed it and learnt an awful lot.’
