Effective Bids, Proposals and Evaluation

Whilst the Government has expressed the desire that smaller companies are considered in the bidding process, the method of taking advantage of this is often protracted and confusing.

We are hugely experienced in identifying funding opportunities.  More recent work has been on behalf of extensive networks of learning providers in connection with emerging new policy such as Minimum Contract Levels, implementation of Foundation Learning and Qualifications and Credits Framework.

If bids and proposals are an area with which you have struggled, or where you are newly examining the possibilities, we are likely to save you hours of time and frustration by:

  • Researching available funding opportunities
  • Facilitating links with other organisations where collaborative working would strengthen your offer
  • Writing the bid
  • Helping in the setting up or implementation of successfully won projects
  • Supporting the design of evaluation tools and embed them in the project infrastructure.

Evaluation

We can work with you to design an evaluation tool to support your project and manage this process.
If you have overlooked evaluation until you have implemented your project, don’t panic! We can help you to design retrospective evaluation tools to support you to recover the situation.

Effective Leadership

As the senior manager/leader in an organisation you are expected to inspire and motivate your people.  Sometimes due different  ways of behaving this can be difficult and stressful.  We tend to work best with people we perceive as 'being like us' and this sometimes leads us to overlook the qualities and skills of others.  Using the Insights Colourful Model of Human Behaviour, we will work with you (and your senior managers) using a fun and innovative programme to regenerate that enthusiam and help you to understand how to work more effectively with, and motivate members of your team to acheive even greater results!

Supporting young people, school leavers & apprentices to progress

Young people are the workforce of the future, if you already employ apprentices you clearly agree with this statement?  However sometimes things go wrong due to misunderstandings between the apprentices and their managers, supervisors or mentors.  Through our programmes using the Insights Colourful Model of behaviour, we can support both apprentices and their supervisors to have a better understanding of each other's behaviours and in so doing help them to communicate better.  By understanding each other better this leads to better relationships which in turn support better achievement for the apprentices and increased outputs for the organisation.  Why not speak to us about these innovative programmes and help your apprentices grow in your organisation?

Working with Colleges

Aspire has a huge amount of experience in working with colleges on a number of projects, from an interim Management role of an Apprenticeship department to working with colleges and helping them to gain the Training and Quality Standard (TQS).
