 For Mentors/Supervisors

If you are in the role of mentor or supervisor we can help you adapt and connect to young people by providing a work related programme which gives:

  • A detailed understanding of how all of the components of the Apprenticeship should fit together
  • Clear expectations and ground rules on both sides
  • An understanding of behaviour styles as a basis for the best work environment and manner of communication.
