For young people, school leavers & apprentices
The young people that you recruit are effectively the future of your business and as such it becomes commercially critical to help them reach their full potential.
This can be tricky and time consuming, so to ensure the most beneficial development experience we offer a series of training sessions which help young people to:
- Understand themselves and others better
- Be clear about their expectations of their supervisor and their supervisor’s expectations of them.
- Learn new ways of building successful relationships with work mates and supervisors
- Understand how to communicate more effectively
- Learn how to deal with difficult situations at work.
For Mentors/Supervisors
If you are in the role of mentor or supervisor we can help you adapt and connect to young people by providing a work related programme which gives:
- A detailed understanding of how all of the components of the Apprenticeship should fit together
- Clear expectations and ground rules on both sides
- An understanding of behaviour styles as a basis for the best work environment and manner of communication.
